Preamble As I often point out, gone are the days when people stuck to the same job for a lifetime, except government employees who wish that the same job should be transferred in their children’s name and continue. Private sector employees are more used to switching jobs, though you still find cases where people even in private sector spend long time/ lifetime in the same organization.
